As part of our portfolio of services we are pleased to offer the full replacement or over-cladding of the roofline timbers. The decision as to whether the existing timbers are suitable for over-cladding will be made with full consultation with you the client and upon survey.
In all cases the rain-water goods (guttering and downspouts) are replaced; a good seal is never achieved by re-using existing plastics.
Our materials manufacturer, Eurocell building plastics, offer a 20 year product guarantee on all of their white PVCu products against discolouration, warping and cracking.
Laminate and coloured boards carry a 10 year guarantee.
All of our products are designed to be both aesthetically pleasing as well as durable and long lasting. In addition all products are available in the following colours to compliment your property.
